We collect the account information and app data needed to run the product: your email address, display name, profile settings, avatar choices, and the game, draft, prep, notes, and other content you create. If you use Google Sign-In, Google may also provide your name, email, and profile photo. If you use AI Companion features, we also store the AI inputs and outputs tied to that feature.
We use your data to run the draft tool, authenticate your account, display your name to other players in your games, save the work you create, and keep the product reliable. If you enable AI Companion, we use the selected list or game context to generate optional AI evaluations and debriefs. We do not sell or rent your data.
We intentionally keep data use narrow. No ads, no data broker sharing, no tracking pixels, no session replay, and no selling personal data. We try to collect only what the app needs to function, secure accounts, understand reliability, and support the optional features you choose to use.
We use a small set of service providers to run core app functions and optional features. These include our authentication, database, storage, and hosting providers. If you choose Google Sign-In, Google provides your login identity and profile photo. If you enable AI Companion, OpenAI processes the selected list or game context needed for that feature. We may also request a Gravatar image as an avatar fallback.
We use a managed authentication provider. Passwords are not stored in plain text. If you use Google Sign-In, we receive your email, name, and profile photo from Google so we can sign you in and show your account avatar. We never receive your Google password.
We use auth session cookies to keep you logged in. We also use limited analytics and performance monitoring to understand page usage, stability, and site performance. We redact dynamic route IDs and strip query strings before sending usage URLs where we can. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
AI Companion is optional. If you enable it, structured list or game context is sent to OpenAI to generate list evaluations or draft debriefs. Requests are sent statelessly rather than as a running chat history, and we ask OpenAI not to store response state, though provider abuse-monitoring retention may still apply. Saved list evaluations are visible only to your account. Shared game debriefs are visible to participants in that game.
If you upload a custom avatar, it is stored so the app can display it across the product and is publicly retrievable by URL. If you do not have a custom avatar, the app may show your Google profile photo or request a Gravatar image derived from a hash of your email address.
Your account data, app data, and saved AI artifacts are stored with the providers we use to operate the service. We rely on those providers for storage, backups, and core infrastructure security.
Your account and app data stay as long as your account exists, unless we need to keep limited records for security, fraud, or legal reasons. Saved AI artifacts follow the same retention. If you want your data deleted, email the address below.
You can view your profile data anytime, update your display name, and request account deletion by email. California residents (CCPA) and EU residents (GDPR) have additional rights — contact us and we'll handle it.
